Selecting a property or properties happens one of two ways:

• Contact us to let us know that you want to secure a particular property or properties. (Depending on current available stock) You will be sent a consulting agreement(s) with the property(s) included in the agreement. Nick Vertucci Companies charges a 5,000.00 consulting fee for each property. Nick Vertucci Companies makes this small fee which is the only fee we make. The properties are passed on to each investor at our wholesale purchase price. We also do the construction on the properties which will save you extra padded charges from hired contractors. Our management company will save you thousands over the years holding your property. Our management company does not nickel and dime your investment while you hold it in your investment portfolio. There is strength in numbers and with our purchasing power and professionally constructed and managed properties you will recognize this fee back immediately upon taking title to your property (s) Nick Vertucci Companies buys, rehabs and places a tenant in your property with our monies making your property(s) performing assets from the beginning. This nominal fee is used for reinvestment in our own real estate investments (See FAQ WHY IS NICK VERTUCCI COMPANIES NOT BUYING ALL OF THESE PROPERTIES ITSELF?)

• If we are running a waiting list for properties, simply let us know you are ready and we will send you a consulting agreement(s) for you to sign and send back with the consulting fee.

• Note: Approval(s) for the property(s) is still required once the properties become available. Nick Vertucci Companies will be securing the amount needed to fill current orders and unless we have the agreement(s) and fee(s), you cannot be officially on the list for properties.
