Nick Vertucci is the founder and CEO of Nick Vertucci Companies, Inc in Irvine, California. As a full time professional real estate investor who specializes in purchasing bank owned properties, he helped develop a "Turn Key" professionally managed investment system to assist other investors in purchasing, repairing and renting banked owned properties. He has extensive knowledge of and experience in developing single family homes. Prior to his career as a professional real estate investor, Nick founded and served as President and CEO of Coastline Micro. With over 100 employees, Coastline Micro was an industry leader in providing businesses with computer systems nationwide. Although he is not currently involved in the day-to-day operations, he continues to hold ownership interest in the company. Nick has also traveled all throughout the United States as a professional trainer and mentor to both novice and veteran Real Estate Investors. Nick is also celebrating his 15th year on the Huntington Beach Police Department as a police officer.
